 Introduction
 IR9703
IR9703 wireless keyboard
contains one transmitter (keyboard unit) and one receiver
(receiver unit). IR9703無線鍵盤包含一鍵盤和一個接收器。
The transmit unit, wireless keyboard
unit, is a 88keys keyboard with 12 multimedia function
keys and 6 mouse buttons, the total 106keys, with one
or two Gyro sticks mouse pointers. The keys are all
in the standard full size with 4mm travel, membrane
key switch technology, and soft touch rubber dome feeling.

12 multimedia function keys
allow one shot lunch to Internet browser, activate CD
/ VD player, contro1ling the players, volume, and mute.
These keys are programmable by pushing the MENU” key
to program (redefine) the function for every key. Two
scrolling buttons as scroll up and scroll down makes
the document up/down continuously, locate at the right
side of the keyboard and just below the mouse pointer.

The receiver unit, is a unit with a 150cm long cable
and two PS/2 heads (one head for the keyboard, one for
PS/2 mouse) for directly connect to the PC. The mouse
contains the combo ability with a PS/2 to serial port
conversion head, it can convert the PS/2 mouse to serial
PNP Microsoft mouse. This means the mouse interface
is a combination of Microsoft mouse and PS/2 mouse

The receiver unit accepts two types of IR data format,
one is parex special encoding format for keyboard and
mouse in 34ms data packs, another one is a regular remote
controller format, for instance, NEC remote control
format in 58.5-76.5ms data pack. The unit works for
notebook PC. Even the notebook PC has the different
interface from Desktop PC.

One set of R& L buttons locates at the upper left-hand
side of the keyboard, by using your left hand to operate
the R&L buttons and your right hand to operate the
mouse at the upper right hand side. Another set locates
at the beneath of center of keyboard, used for putting
the keyboard on table or laptop to typewrite. By using
your thumb to click the L or R buttons while index finger
to operator the mouse pointer of locating between G.B.H.
